You can advertise your property on Movelocation together with an Estate Agent. If you sell your home through a Movelocation enquiry, you do not need to pay the Estate Agent their commission, as you have sold your own home.
Sole agency: "The estate agent you appoint is the only agent with the right to sell your property. As you are not an agent, if you find a buyer yourself you don't have to pay the estate agent's commission." (The Office of Fair Trading)

Important: If you are planning to use Movelocation alongside an Estate Agent it is important to check the estate agent's contract. Make sure they have not specified "sole selling rights" rather than "sole agent rights". If your Estate Agent agreement states "sole selling rights" you would still have to pay the agent commission even if you sold it yourself!
